Qualification : The incumbent should be a Graduate in Engineering in Electronics OR Electronics and Communication OR Electronics & Telecommunication OR Telecommunication with an aggregate of 65% marks & above in respect of GEN & OBC candidates and 63% marks in respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe & Persons with Disability.

Age Limit : 28 years

Remuneration : Rs.12,000/-

Medical Standard : Applicants should be of sound health and should meet the medical standard prescribed by the Company. Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to medical fitness duly certified by the Government Medical Officer of the rank of Chief Medical Superintendent / District Surgeon. No relaxation in health standard is allowed.

Note : Aggregate Marks will be computed by taking average of the marks secured in all the subjects in different Semester / Annual pattern of Examinations in the Engineering degree. Decimals will be ignored and will not be rounded off to the next higher integer (Marks secured, if any, in Diploma will not be considered for deriving the aggregate percentage of marks). If the evaluation is based on Grade system (CGPA / GPA etc) the same should compulsorily be converted into percentage of marks as per the University / Institution norms and documents to this effect should be produced from the competent authority at the time of interview without fail.

Application Fee : A Non-refundable Account Payee Demand Draft of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) in favor of “ITI LIMITED, Mumbai” drawn on any Nationalized Bank. No other mode of payment is acceptable. Candidates are advised to write their name & address on the reverse side of the Demand Draft. SC / ST and PWD candidates need not submit Demand Draft.

How to apply

Selection Process : The eligible candidates will have to undertake a written test and interview as per the decision of the MPPGCL, comprising of questions in related discipline, Logical Reasoning and General Knowledge, quantitative aptitude, etc. at test centers in Jabalpur, Indore, Bhopal and Gwalior

Training Dyration & Stipend : All the selected candidates for ET (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemistry) will undergo a 12 months training (extendable up to 24 months)., ET (Finance) will undergo a 3 months training. The Plant assistant (ITI) Trainees will undergo a 9 months training. After successful completion of training, the candidates shall be given regular appointment in appropriate cadres of the Company. The Executive Trainees & Plant Assistant (ITI) Trainees shall be paid a fixed monthly stipend @ Rs.15,600/- & Rs. 5200/- respectively during the training period.

Service Agreement Bond : The successful candidates for Executive Trainee and Plant Assistant (ITI) Trainees shall have to execute a Service Agreement cum Surety Bond to successfully complete the prescribed training and thereafter to serve the Company for at least 5 years and 2 Years respectively.
